Отделение работает не по графику, причём неофициально, так как на бумажке которая висит на двери нет печати главпочтамта и вообще никаких печатей нет! Новая сотрудница хамит всем без исключения, отказываясь выдавать даже те посылки, которые отслеживаются по треку и давно лежат в отделении, объясняя это тем что не предъявлено уведомление, которое я должна обнаружить в почтовом ящике. Уведомления уже пол года не приносят, жду 3 недели и иду в отделение, с большими притензиями ищут и не находят, только со скандалом оказывается, что все таки мои посылочки лежат у них. Неприятно!

Регулярно пользуюсь услугами этого почтового отделения, могу сказать только положительное. Как не придешь — очередь огроменная, девчонки работают или вдвоем или вовсе одна. При всем этом даже здороваются с посетителями, любезны. Как им только терпения хватает все это переносить, ведь зарплаты у них, как известно, не большие совсем. В отделении всегда чисто. Единственный минус: постоянно меняется график работы, я отслеживаю посылки по трек-номерам на сайте Почты РФ и там всегда пишут какой режим работы этого отделения с пн по пт. Но в реальности это не соответствует действительности: прихожу на почту, а на двери красуется другое расписание с пометкой "Извините, временный режим такой". Хотелось бы, чтоб платили им побольше, все-такидевочки хорошее дело для людей делают)
