Отделение работает в будни и субботу, что очень удобно. В дни оплаты квартплаты бывают очереди. Девушки работают быстро.

На оповещении указано время работы до 20:00. Отделение работает до 18:00. На сайте указан образец доверенности для получения посылки другим человеком, которую отделение не принимает и перенаправляет писать другие доверенности. Услуги, которые вы выбираете в приложении не действуют. Посылки далеко не всегда приходят в нормальном состоянии, да и вообще не факт, что вам не пришлют кусок плитки в коробке, вместо техники, как это было несколько раз с моим проектором. Крайне не советую пользоваться почтой России.

Отвратительный работник ,.баба с рыжими волосами. Посылки выдаёт словно деньги свои отдаёт. Хамит. Принимает людей долго. Личной мой паспорт вырвала у меня из рук и швырнула на стол, когда я отказалась лично ей в руки его давать . И посылку при этом мне не выдала сказав что я наглая. За пол часа до окончания рабочего дня ничего не принимает , ссылаясь на нелепые отмазки. Куда смотрит начальник отдела??? Выгоните вы эту......

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. Для проведения проверки уточните, пожалуйста, дату и время обращения, когда сотрудник вел себя некорректно.
