При отправлении посылки "по Авито" оператор Федотов А.Е. потребовал отдельно оплатить пакет стоимостью 88.00р. Объяснил это тем, что бесплатные пакеты закончились, а без пакета не положено. Что дескать пересылка бесплатная, оплатил покупатель, а пакет платный. Квитанция правда бесплатная оказалась и талон в очередь бесплатный. Интересно почему, что остановило и за это деньги взять, ну или попытаться взять, ведь очень они ему нужны были видать. На месте разбираться в сеем паскудстве времени не было. Потом позвонил по горячей линии в Почту России, попросив внести ясность по данному вопросу. Перезвонили часа через четыре, попросили забрать деньги. И вроде инцидент исчерпан, а осадок какой то остался неприятный. До этого несколько раз обращался в это почтовое отделение, быстро, доброжелательно, ни каких нареканий. Может коллектив сменился или руководитель.

Ужасное обслуживание. Отправляла посулку недавно все делают очень медленно, документы заполняют с ощибками и ко всему этому оператор Антон не выдал квитанцию с трек номером для отслеживания.

10 ноября с этой почты отправляла посылку до востребования. С сайта заполняю сама. На сайте не смогла оформить, т.к не было полного адреса, только индекс и город. Обратилась к молодому человеку(блондинку) он отправил обратно заполнять, говорит напишите любой адрес, а мы до востребования поставим, так и сделала. Затем хорошо что попала к другому сотруднику Кристине, объяснила все, она со своего телефона сделала как надо. Большое человеческое спасибо, что есть такие люди на своём месте. Кристина благодарю.

Отправить посылку, это разве не услуга почты? Почему по времени-то? Да, я в первый раз на этой почте хотела отправить посылку, но нет, не отправила, унесла домой. В не то время пришла, в не посылочное, но в почтовое.
