Реально получить или отправить без проблем только до 15:00, либо в выходной день. В остальное время либо висит система, либо приходят курьеры с кучей писем и занимают оператора на 30 и более минут. Последний раз курьер отправлял 150 писем с описью..... Работало одно окно. Через полчаса народ вскипел- открыли второе окно... К сожалению, у меня альтернативы нет. Поэтому хожу только в выходные.

Никогда не провожу в этом отделении больше получаса. Вежливые сотрудники, приятное отделение. Единственное - порой нет ручки для подписи, но это легко исправимо.

Письмо отправить нельзя - 'программа не работает', бланки 'закончились' - скачивайте на сайте. В общем, почта России во всей ее красе.

Сотрудница данного отделения вытащила содержимое из конверта при отправке, по моей просьбе она сама заклеивала конверт, потому что он был сухой, при получении в конверте не хватало содержимого

Не плохо для почты, иногда бывают очереди, но в целом давольно часто попадаю на пустое отделение, вежливость персонала видимо как у всех по разному.

Это просто кошмар а не отделение почты. Можно часами стоять в огромной очереди. Работает как правило один оператор. Постоянно виснет компьютер и вся очередь стоит ждёт набившись как селёдка в банку... при условиях коронавируса это просто треш. Хуже отделения я в СПб не встречал.
