Несмотря на жалобы отделение работает с 11 часов,никаких руководящих работников нет,сразу всех,очередь до 15 человек сразу после открытия,это больше часа вашего времени.Почтальоны долбят в дверь несмотря на режим самлизоляции,действующий на территории края. Полное безобразие

Ужасное почтовое отделение, два года уже хожу туда чуть ли не каждый день отправлять заказные письма.. Начали брать деньги за наклеивание марок, нигде в других точках так не делают! Полная обдираловка людей! Бандероли отправлять и получать ещё можно, приветливые молодые девушки сидят. Больше туда не хожу, сменила на другое почтовое отделение.. Поэтому только одна звезда!

Часто хожу отправлять или принимать посылки, ни разу не сталкивался с хамством или долгой работой сотрудников. Единственное но - вечные непонятки с графиком работы что по факту, что на электронных ресурсах.

Зачем вообще браться за доставку, если курьеры у вас не в состоянии что-либо доставить? Чтобы я заплатив за EMS пришел забирать как обычную посылку? И ладно бы просто сказали честно, что курьеров либо нет, либо их мало и они зашиваются, а не просто врать в лицо и придумывать какие-то отмазки.

Бесит эта фраза: "Как я могу к Вам обращаться?" Какой "умник" включил ее в спич!? Это профессиональная фраза психотерапевтов, работающих с анонимными алкоголиками. Вот там это актуально! Вообще смешно! Это для решения вопроса что-то дает?! Не обратившись ко мне по имени, она не сможет спросить меня, какая помощь мне нужна!? Самое ценное в современном мире - время и информация! Не тратьте мое время на выяснение моего имени. К тому же эта информация бесполезна для вас!!! Вам же нужен только номер отправления - без него и разговора не будет!!! А вот банк "Восточный", кстати, в этом отношении очень радует! Коротко и по делу! Если звонишь со своего телефона, они сразу: "Добрый день! Марина Сергеевна?" Вот это приятно. … если с чужого: "Добрый день! Представьтесь, пожалуйста!" Что здесь обидного!? Деловой стиль. Без лишних соплей, сюсюкания и лишней траты времени!
