Нет смс оповещения. Не работает эта функция у почты. Хотя зарегистрировали и каждый раз проверяют подключение. В остальном ок

В целом всё устраивает. Работает аппарат для выдачи талонов. По сравнению с другими почтовыми отделениями он здесь на моей памяти всегда работает. И очередь по этому создаётся редко. График работы обширный. Это очень удобно. Наличие паспорта не обязательно, можно получить с помощью телефона, с условием регистрации и озвучивания вами пятизначного кода, который приходит к вам на телефон. Работники приветливые, поэтому вызывают положительные впечатления. Старайтесь не создавать очередей. Спасибо.

Живу в 10 квартале и все время обращаюсь сюда) Всегда хорошее обслуживание и девушки готовы ответить на любые вопросы и помочь вам) Несмотря на большие очереди, здесь вас не обзовут и пошлют, а вежливо обслужат. Операторы работают ,а люди сами начинают шуметь и кричать на них. Сами же все и тормозят.Будьте толерантны и уважайте чужой копеечный труд.

Ужасная работа!!!Не приносят вовремя извещения .Не могу получить пособие на погребение...Неизвестно когда будут деньги

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель "Почты России" в социальных сетях. Для проведения служебной проверки по факту ненадлежащей доставки извещений Вам необходимо подать письменное заявление в любом отделении почтовой связи или в почтамте по месту проживания. В заявлении указываются сведения об адресах и полных ФИО отправителя и получателя, а также прикладывается копия квитанции, выданная при приёме почтового отправления.
