сегодня стояла за посылкой и тихо офигевала (простите за сленг), оператор не шевелящийся (одного клиента обслуживала 10-15 мин!!!!!!!!!я в шоке) Это что,рядом из открытых дверей доносился женский мат,особенно мне "понравилась" фраза: "....я выжрала два читка водки,представляешь!".....это на весь зал,где несмотря на толпу ожидающих висела гробовая тишина. Я просто в шоке,почта рулит!!!!!!

Пришёл за посылкой в будний день, в четверг, не праздничный день, в 5 часов отделение уже закрыто, на горячей линии в недоумении от этого. Посланий на дверях тоже нет.

Хорошее отделение!к девочкам операторам вообще претензий нет!!!любая из них готова помочь,войти в положение,подсказать как дешевле или быстрее будет!умницы все!!! Люди,вот Вы с чем приходите на сердце-то и в ответ получаете!!!помните это!!!

Данное отделение - полный провал Пришла недавно получить посылку. Сидят 3 оператора, в помещение 0 посетителей. Ответ на любое обращение: "подождите, я занята". ??? Форма общения - снисходительная, недоброжелательная. Как будто человека заставили насильно выйти на работу. Наконец вызвали дама из закутков отделения, в формате "ну ты че не слышишь? у тебя клиент пришел!" Далее еще интересней. На дворе 2020 год, а здесь до сих пор картой рассчитаться нельзя. И эта дама мне выдает, "и запомните, у нас вообще-то здесь только наличный расчет". Благо отделение Сбербанка ровно за этим зданием, пришлось сходить, снять. Хоть сдачу нашла, но и тут не без осудительного взгляда. В общем, я думала, что такое уже в прошлом, тк привыкла получать посылки в центре, где уже с сервисом получше
