нахамила оператор ЕМС Почта России , в новогодние каникулы 4 января, с бодуна видать была, посылку выдал водитель-курьер, после того как оператор удалилась на склад мин на 10-15, после чего был эпичный звук падающего загруженного стеллажа, и вой иерихонских труб, издаваемый оператором- карма

Сотрудники не компетентны, ведут себя как будто их заставляют здесь работать насильно, перекидывают друг на друга проблему. Очень долго приходится ждать.

Отвратительно!!!!! Показывает ,что посылка ЖИВЁТ на пункте сортировке (28 дней там находится). Зашли на почту сказали, что стоит на пункте сортировке в Казане. Кажется посылка уже и не придет ((((((. С каждой посылкой мнение о почте рф все хуже и хуже.

Крайне медленное обслуживание. Приходится ждать от 20 до 40 минут. 1 специалист принимает, вечером после 18ч. остальные 2 или 3 работника заняты другими делами, но не живой очередью. Душно. И так, каждый вечер. п. с. теперь Почта России торгует продуктами к тому же...
