В общем нормальное отделение, кроме одного "но". В аппарате выдачи талонов регулярно заканчивается бумага. При этом сотрудники на просьбу решить ситуацию никак не реагируют. Выходят заменить бумагу только спустя 15-20 минут. Почему сразу то нельзя менять, когда люди только начинают жаловаться? Обязательно нужно дожидаться когда в очереди начинается полный хаос и ругань?

Отличное отделение, быстро, оперативно. Отдельное спасибо сотруднице Голубевой Валентине, очень вежливая, помогла в отправке посылки.

Данное отделение это обитель ада на земле. В любое время полное народу, с неработающим терминалом, 2 работающими окнами, с зависающим компьютерами, и тормозным персоналом. Стоять час в общей очереди, что бы получить посылку по упрощенке за 1 минуту...

Маленькое почтовое отделение с характерными очередями и волокитой. Не так давно сделали капитальный ремонт и перестановку, несколько оптимизировали расположение касс и отделений.

Заказала маме посылку с AliExpress не в первый раз и не в первый раз она не доходит до неё. Сначала 2 посылки якобы в программе не отображаются на её имя. А сегодня мы узнали, что третью посылку отправили обратно 25.08!!!!! Посылка не отслеживалась , извещение не приходило в почтовый ящик,никто не звонил. Срок защиты товара истёк и мне вот интересно, кто будет отвечать за то,что не довели до получателя информацию о прибытии посылки и сколько я ещё буду тратить деньги «на ветер» с такой работой почты?! Для кого указывается ФИО, адрес, номер телефона на посылке?!

Шла сюда без особого энтузиазма, но посылку надо забирать... Народу почти не было, впереди стояла одна девушка и я сначала обрадовалась, оказалось зря... Девушка отправляла несколько писем и это заняло минут 20 ожидания... Когда наконец подошла моя очередь, посылочку мне выдали в течение 3 минут. И того почти 25 минут я простояла на почте. К сожалению работало только одно окошко...
