Приходилось несколько раз посещать этот банк,-очень уютный вестибюль,удобные кресла,но ждать не приходится-быстрое профессиорнально и вежливое обслуживание.Сотрудники банка приветливы,опрятны, внимательны.Очередей нет.Быстро, квалифицированно,благородно! Так держать Какое руководство-такие сотрудники.Видимо очень дружный,славный коллектив!

Сотрудники огонь 😂😂😂банк одобрил мужу кредит, узнали условия, вроде норм, но сотрудники говорят о какой-то комиссии 18000,которая списывается в 2 этапа по 9000 за 2 дня . Предложили приехать вдвоём, чтобы списать "комиссию" по моему паспорту и не приежать второй раз. Сразу сомнение, но зная, что в течение 2 недель можно отказаться от страховых продуктов, едем. На счёт поступила вся сумма одобреного кредита, тут же оформляют мне дебетовую карту (вот зачем мой паспорт) и переводят с счета мужа мне на карту 9000. Далее оформляются по 3 страховых продукта стоимостью по 3000 и мне и мужу. Итого 18000. Вот что за комиссия банка. На прямой вопрос о том, что кредит на мужа оформлен и как я могу относится к комиссиям толком не отвечают, только глазками хлопают) Поняла, что за комиссия только когда начали приходить смс о списании средств с названием страховой программы. итог: условия банка хорошие. От всех страховок(после получения кредита) можно отказаться в течение 14 дней. Правда нам придётся написать по 3 завления😁. Отказываться в отделении при оформлении кредита, считаю, безполезно, будут навязывать все, что угодно и просидишь там пол дня.
