27.11.19 оформил кредит, при этом работник банка умышленно ввела меня в заблуждение и оформила дополнительные услуги страховка и т.д. на 9000 рублей, которые добавила к телу кредита. От этих услуг я сразу отказывался но она мне сказала, что тогда кредит не даст. После позвонил в кол центр банка где мне сказали, что эти дополнительные услуги не обязательны. Официально обратился в банк и указал, что навязали услуги, верните деньги, пересчитайте кредит... Мне написали ответ, в двух словах ,,ты дурак сам согласился,, наш работник банка ничего не навязывала. Ещё при оформлении кредита, можно было снизить процент кредита, если в течение года исправно плачу, так эту услугу не указали. Этот банк, это государственный банк, создан государственный структурами органами по 50% о ВТБ и почта России, учредителями являются государство. Фактически как в диком мире, в джунглях, кто кого наиб... тот и молодец. Я ещё при получении кредита сидел и слышу как бабушка ругалась, что ее обманули при оформлении кредита, думал маразматика, ан нет, теперь мне понятно почему она ругалась и прикол в том, что эти дополнительные навязанные услуги оформляются таким образом, что заключаешь договор не с банком а какими-то организациями, которым я писал просил вернуть деньги, а они ме это абонентский вид договора и деньги возврату не подлежат. Продумано все так с юридической стороны, чтобы украсть деньги только это все под завесой договоров.... Написал жалобы везде Роспотребнадзор, Банк России, антимонопольную службу пока жду ответа. Хочу в Европейский суд обратится, вопрос не в деньгах, а то что не я один такой, таких тысячи обманывают и нет на них управы
