Пользуюсь услугами этого банка много лет. НО, испортили о себе мнение когда не захотели признавать ошибку банкомата. Оплачивала как обычно кредитку и счёт наличными,банкомат выдал все чеки как обычно (разные)...а деньги пришли все на счёт кредитки. По счёту наличными из за этого день просрочки,хотя вносила заранее.

Ужасный банк, частично досрочного погашения нет внёс 30.000₽ для частично досрочного погашения кредита чтобы сумма ежемесячного платежа уменьшилась, в итоге я буду платить на 600 рублей меньше и не 10 месяцев, а 9 это при том что у меня рассрочка на 10 месяцев. НИ КОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ СВЯЗЫВАТЬСЯ С ДАННЫМ БАНКОМ!!!
