Приехала 23.05 в данное отделение, чтобы оформить договор кредитования. Подхожу к стойке. Девушка: заявку оставляли здесь? Говорю: да, но у другого менеджера. Меня развернули, сказали в понедельник приехать. Я подвисла сначала, ок, говорю. Звоню в контактный центр банка, обрисовываю, мне говорят, что не имеет значения кто именно оформлял заявку на кредитование, оформить может любой менеджер, скажите девушке, что если у нее не получится, то пусть свяжется с тех.поддержкой. Ок. Захожу снова, слышу по звукам, что дева сидит в телефоне, смотрит что-то. Говорю: ещё раз здравствуйте, мне сказали, что любой менеджер может работать с заявкой. Девушка: я же вам сказала, что не смогу, заявка висит под Анастасией. Могу только ознакомить вас с условиями. Ок, давайте. Короче, впечатление испортилось сильно после того, что сказал менеджер и контактный центр. Условия не подошли, но это уже другая история. Я больше сюда не поеду :)

Время работы не совпадает с указанным на 2гис. Написано, что по субботам отделение работает до 18:00. Приехал из другого конца города к 17:00, а отделение закрыто! И висит надпись, работает до 14:00! Вы там совсем афигели?!
