При попытке внести деньги на счёт кредитной карты банкомат показал ошибку и начал перезагружаться, сотрудник банка, позже представившаяся Ольгой, по хамски отреагировала на мой вопрос , что с банкоматом и грубо отправила меня в другой филиал. К сожалению, уже не первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким обращением и неоднократно слышала возмущения других клиентов в этом филиале. Просьба руководству провести с персоналом работу и не портить постоянным клиентам настроение перед Новым годом.

Никому не советую этот банк! Никогда не берите у них кредиты .Брали у них кредит и когда мой папа умер ,мама как наследник продолжала его выплачивать при том что они его не переоформили продолжили взимать ,а затем перестали без объяснения причин списывать средства ,образуя просрочку и начисляли пени,!.В дальнейшем они не решают проблему со списанием ,не дают оплатить и накапливают долг пенсионеру.Настоящие мошенники .Никогда не связывайтесь с эти банком .Воюют с пенсионеркой и требуют пени не по её вине!

Отвратительный банк.Самый медленный.Операторы ничего не видят в программах и ни за что не отчечают вместе с руководителем.Зато все причесаны,накрашены и с маникюром-прямо модельное агенство!
