Пришла закрывать карты. сотрудник банка не предупредил, что если на счете будет остаток даже менее 2 руб, то карту не закроют. Естественно мне не закрыли карту из-за 1 рубля. Звонила на горячую линию, обещали перезвонить, в итоге не перезвонили. Так что если хотите, чтоб все было наверняка надо задавать кучу вопросов и уточнять ещё раз после ответа. P.S.карту закрыла в другом подразделении, сказали, что сотрудник должен был предупредить об этом.
