Не думайте туда даже ходить, подключать всяких не нужных услуг и страховок! Менеджер Ведро Ольга коварный человек, который говорит что без них нельзя оформить кредит, подал жалобу в ЦБ России для разбирательства.

Это самое ужасное отделение банка, что я когда либо видела. Операторы сидят на диванах в чём попало, никакого официального стиля. Ужасно не организованно, нет никакой очереди, люди просто заходят и садятся кто как, кто на пуфики у двери, кто прям рядом с тобой, пока ты общаешься с оператором. У оператора максимально недовольное лицо и предвзятое отношение к клиенту. Если бы не зарплатная карта - обходила бы это место за 10 км !!!! Тебя не считают за клиента - тебя считают за идиота.

Застраховали кредит, сообщив что можно вернуть страховку частично при досрочном погашении. Кредит погашен за 4 месяца вместо 5 лет. Оказалось, что только для Почта банка в компании Согаз это правило не действует. И страховку можно было вернуть только в первые 14 дней. Сотрудники банка некомпетентны!!!
