Пошла в Почта банк, потому что хотела оформить дебетовую карту с баллами от сети Пятёрочек. К карте пришлось открыть сберегательный счет. Всё бесплатно. Пока я только в плюсе, потому что оформление тоже бесплатное. Ну, и небольшой кредитный лимит есть в 1000 рублей, хотя еду в кредит покупать не собираюсь. Но за балансом удобно следить в приложении. Для меня — замечательное предложение.

Уже который раз заходя на Б Пороховской 56 в почта -банк, вижу отсутствие сотрудника и табличку позвонить, почему я должен тратить время и деньги на вашего сотрудника?

Заходил один раз, хотел заплатить налог на имущество, не смогли помочь, сказали "мы такие платежи не умеем выполнять, у нас в программе нет". Развернулся и ушел.
