Сам Почта Банк меня устраивает полностью. Но сегодня 29 февраля 2010 года произошёл неприятный случай сотрудник ошибочно отклонила мою одобренную заявку на кредит и сказала что в банке новые условия "Заявка на кредит теперь действительна только 3 рабочих дня." Хотя на горячей линии и виртуальный помощник мне сказали что ни каких изменений не было. Сотрудница грубая, недоброжелательная в разговоре. Создаётся впечатление, что она намеренно делает все что бы отбить у клиента желание брать кредит.

Берешь очередь в автомате с маленьким дисплеем, где еще меньшим шрифтом довольно путанно всё написано. Далее очень длинном в зале ты ждешь у единственного табло размером и качеством с плохой бытовой телевизор, где надписи с угла вообще плохо видно. Потом галопом долго бежишь к своему окну. Благие намерения, отвратительная организация. Почему талоны на очередь только у входа в зал при таком огромном размере зала. Почему единственное табло текущей очереди, а не несколько. Люди толпятся у него, бабушки сидят и нее видят, их очередь или нет. Зачем в банке продажа не относящихся к почтовой деятельности товаров, типа лапши и т.п. Что, нечем нормально заработать кидаемся на всё?

Не хотят работать по заявленному режиму работы, когда захотел, тогда ушёл. И на горячей линии об этом не знают, вводят в заблуждение клиентов, что якобы работают полный день. А при ходишь к пустым окошкам.Сказать, что печальная ситуация-это ничего не сказать(((
