Совершенно отвратительное отношение к клиентам.. Прошу решить проблему, просят подождать 2 дня. Через 2 дня говорят, что ответ поступит в течение 5 рабочих дней, через 5 дней говорят, что пытаются решить проблему и сообщат, когда все исправят. Прошло 2 недели, ни разу не позвонили..

Обманывают доверчивых пенсионеров, подсовывают документы на подпись до конца не объяснив ничего, 2 раза уже ходил разбираться с тем что подсунули бабушке, вначале пенсию перевели в свой банк а потом и вовсе оформили страховку 300рт причем сама почта банк просто оформила ее на какое-то левое ООО Альфа страхование, расторгнуть не могут лично
