17.09.2019г. в почтовом отделении 630027 г.Новосибирск, ул. Объединения 25 мне нужно было отправить посылку. В момент оплаты произошёл какой-то сбой, деньги с моей карты списали, но операция не прошла. Сотрудник не смогла сделать отмену платежа и возврат, так как операция на терминале не отобразилась. Я простояла там час и так как оставалось уже 15минут до закрытия, мне сказали, что завтра придёт специалист, всё починит и посылку отправят. На следующий день мне позвонили и сказали, что нужно оплатить ещё раз, а на первую операцию написать заявление на возврат денежных средств. 19.09.2019 я повторно пришла в отделение и написала заявление на возврат. Так же предоставила справку об операции. На следующий день мне позвонили и сказали, что я не предоставила банковскую выписку, нужно прийти ещё раз. Хорошо, нет проблем, я так и сделала. Сегодня уже 04.11.2019 и денег до сих пор нет. Банк должен мне 963 рубля. Благо, что есть на руках копия моего заявления (к сожалению, нет возможности через телефон прикрепить фото или я просто не разобралась как это делать, но представителям банка в радостью предоставлю). Если моя проблема не решится в течение трёх рабочих дней, то пойду в отделение банка писать досудебную претензию. Вопрос к сотрудникам банка: почему когда клиент у вас оформляет кредит и допускает просрочку платежа, вы звоните по миллион раз в день, а как сами деньги должны, так молчите в тряпочку?

Зашел в отделение для подтверждения личности для сервиса Госуслуги. А мне специалист почта-банк сообщает, что все нужно стать клиентом банка и тогда мы подтвердим вашу личность. Вот так сервис ((((
