Маленький офис,есть банкомат внутри помещения. Раньше здесь был Лето-банк. Операторов всего два, придется ждать своей очереди.

Первое что не понравилось - это дизайн офиса банка. Стоят угловые диваны вдоль стен и окна. Зона ожидания посредине зала в виде четырёх "табуреток " . Когда сотрудники их двигают к столу по залу проносится такой сильный скрежет металла, просто ужас. Теперь о том как встречают клиентов. Они здесь в принципе никому не интересны. Я пришла для прохождения идентификации для портала госуслуг. На мои вопросы по обслуживанию мне трижды предложили пройти на почту через дорогу если вам что-то не нравится. Хотя я просто поинтересовалась для чего фотографировать, в основном это делают при оформлении кредита. Во время моего обслуживания в офис зашли две дамы которые пытались поймать взлядом хоть кого-то из сотрудников. На тот момент в зале было 5 сотрудников. И никто не обратил на них внимания вообще. Желания посетить ещё раз этот банк нет никакого. На мой вопрос как можно сделать так чтобы мне не приходило рекламных смс или звонков? И ответ опять тот же, идите на почту. За пятнадцать минут пребывания, послали на почту 3 раза🤷‍♀️. Покинув банк, никто не попрощался, а эти две дамы так и стояли никем не замечены.
