Сегодня, 20 марта, примерно в 11:00 я пришел в почтабанк для обновления номера пушкинской карты в приложении госуслуги культура. Всё шло хорошо, девушка Анна с темными волосами меня идентифицировала и поменяла номер, но в конце она мне выдала дебетовую карту почтабанка о которой я не просил, даже не знал что мне ее выдадут. Без договора карты, просто дала карту и сказала закрыть можно только через 30 календарных дней, сказала что она обязательна, и без нее пушкинская карта работать не будет. Я вышел из отделения, позвонил на горячую линию почта банка, где мне сказали, что дебетовая карта не может быть обязательной , и что мне выдали ее с моего согласия. А я Анне прямо сказал: «мне не нужна карта», на что она ответила, что карта обязательная. После звонка в горячую линию , в 13:00 того же дня, я прихожу в почтабанк для закрытия карты , и тут оказывается, что ее можно закрыть до истечения 30 календарных дней, Анна же, напротив стала мне говорить , что карта обязательная , и я без нее не смог бы использовать пушкинскую карту . Прошу принять меры, я потратил много времени на то, чтобы получить карту, которую отказывался получать и закрыть ее. В смс кодах, которые я называл Анне также не было слова про то , что я получаю карту. Ниже приложено фото смс кодов, которые я называл, и их время На руках у меня имеется лишь регистрационная анкета и заявление на расторжение договора

Рабочее время не соответствует заявленному. Сотрудники в разгар дня повесили объявление, написанное от руки о технических причинах. Клиентам нужно было поискать это объявление.
