Потерял кошелек с картой Почта Банка, клиентом которого являюсь. В отделении, когда писал заявление на выпуск новой, спросил у Натальи (менеджера), какие есть варианты, что бы мне пока карты нет, без денег не ходить? Оформили мне оперативно неименную кредитку на время. Удобный вариант. Выручили.

Одобряют онлайн сразу! Звонят, спрашиваешь вопросы на которые можно ответить сразу, но нет! Они заманивают в банк, не подозревая что там сидит бука, которая не умеет "цеплять" клиентов. Большая ставка, не выгодно. Может для тех кто является зарплатным клиентом...

Отвратительный банк, мошенники пишут зачемление на счёт на следующий рабочий день а после того как ты внёс последний платешь говорят договор пролангруеться и ты мол должен ещё 20% всего договора бред какой .

Нужен был кредит, все оформили быстро, навязали еще какие-то акции, какие-то деревья оплатить.(высадку в каком то заповеднике) В итоге кредитом пользовался, несколько месяцев, решил закрыть свой кредит. Но закрывают они его только в день очередного платежа. Что само собой не законно. Данный банк считаю не клиенто ориентированным, позорным. В дату платежа так и не закрыли кредит, из-за каких то своих проблем. Но меня это не должно волновать. Ужасный банк
