Куда жаловаться? Компетентности ноль Очень долго ждали посылку, приходили спрашивали - ничего. Проверять по данным - только через скандал. В итоге посылка ушла обратно отправителю с отметкой, что не пришли забирать. Сейчас -28 на улице, очередь заканчивается на улице В отделении работает одно окно, со второго женщина встала, оставив записку, что временно не работает

Даже одной звёзды много для этой почты. Этот раз она превзошла все ожидания 20 посылок из Китая я так и не получила 20!!!! При чем в 118 все приходят, на этой как бермудский треугольник все пропадает. Кто то видать решает на этой почте что ему мои посылки пригодятся! И ещё напрягает бегать за посылками и на эту почту и в 118 потому что половина посылок приходит в 118 половина сюда. А сюда ещё и попасть целая проблема нужно с работы отпрашиваться каждый раз, почему 118 работает до 20.00, а 127 только до 18.00? Почтальон работать вообще не хочет уведомления кладут с опозданием на 2 недели!

Почту посещаю крайне редко, но пару раз в год мне приходит посылка и это ужас начинается... работаю я как все люди 9 до 18 . Вышла раньше с работы бегу время 17-48 захожу а за стойкой не кого нет,но тут же вышла мадам работник почты,и заявляет приходите завтра мы закрываемся ,да с чего ради вы закрывайтесь???? 10 мин работы еще ,объясняю что я с работы и т д а в ответ это не мои проблемы, вы вообще в своем уме???

Сегодня обслуживание удивило. Мне предложили зарегистрироваться в базе чтобы каждый раз не заполнять извещение! А так как я очень часто получаю посылки из дружелюбной страны Китая, это огромный плюс. Очереди не большие, иногда вообще 2-3 человека. По поводу пропажи посылок, у меня пришли все. Идут конечно иногда месяцами, за эти посылки уже продавец и деньги вернул))) но это же Почта России)
