Вежливый персонал. Просил открыть кредитную карту, открыли сберегательную, после замечания на то что открыли не то , позвонили и дали мне поговорить с более компетентным человеком, который мне пояснил , что на северном Кавказе не выдают такой карты без смс уведомления , что мне одобрена кредитная карта... На следующий день, мне пришло такое сообщение о том что мне предварительно одобрена кредитная карта, пришел на почту в своем городе, выждал очередь из 3х человек за полтора часа. Взяли документы, сказали ждать смс от банка, через 2 часа пришло смс о том что мне не одобрено.... Спрашивается, зачем присылать смс с одним текстом , чтоб потом отказать???!!! Работаю на гос работе, но пришел отказ. Короче разочаровали очень по всем параметрам!
