Лучшее почтовое отделение! Никогда не стою дольше пяти минут. Заходила несколько раз с маленьким ребёнком, девушки обслуживали даже если окно на перерыве было. Спасибо сотрудникам)

Вечные очереди. Не очень доброжелательные дамы. Ещё и работают с обед перерывом. Причем между этим перерывом у них ещё несколько таких. Вы итоге ждёшь бесконечно.

А в нашей почте ничего не меняется (глядя на предыдущие отзывы). Сегодня вечером отправились в отделение, чтобы получить посылку, прийдя в 17:40 отделение было закрыто и висит объявление, что почта работает до 16:00 в связи с морозами!!! Каким образом морозы повлияли на работу отделения? Как быть работающим людям, у которых никаких изменений в графике из-за морозов нет? Мало того что извещение положили в почтовый ящик 30 ноября (извещение от 27) так ещё и не считают нужным информировать об изменениях в режиме работы! Ведь перед тем как отправится к вам, я посмотрела в 2Гис режим! И между прочим, беременная в мороз, после работы шла за посылкой, т.к. Через несколько дней посылку попросту отправят обратно! Хамское отношение к людям!!!

Ни на сайте , ни на табличке в расписании возле отделения не написано, что у почтового отделения № 54 есть обед. На горячей линии тоже подтвердили, что обед не предусмотрен. Но на самом деле, придя за посылкой, уперлись в закрытую дверь. От руки написано - обед с 13:00 - 14:00. Надеюсь, по горячей линии претензию приняли и примут меры к самоуправству данного почтового отделения.
