Получаю почту без проблем, процентов 10 товаров приходит слегка мятыми, но тут же опять многое зависит от отправителя и упаковки, режим работы действительно поменялся на 9-18.

Отправляла две посылки, вроде всё хорошо, но придя домой увидела в чеке, что мои посылки отправлены 1 классом! Камон, а предупредить можно было об этом?! Звоню в отделение и мне сказали, что проведут беседу с оператором, но я же знаю, что такого не будет и что во всех отделениях отправляют только 1 классом, но НЕТ! так похоже делают только у них, так как ну конечно скоро зарплата нужно план выполнять, ну а даже если я ошибаюсь, то милая Чибрякова Г. В. Вы ОБЯЗАНЫ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАТЬ О ТАКИХ НЮАНСАХ! Надеюсь ещё, что посылка придёт в должном виде, ведь сама видела стажируясь там каким образом вы относитесь к посылкам ...

Ужасное обслуживание. Сотрудники хабалки. Отказались принимать отправления. Сказали, что принимают не более 5 писем. С большим количеством идите на главпочтамп. При этом ссылку на нормативный акт, которым установлено это правило, не предоставили. Кроме того не соблюдают требование Роспотребнадзора. Обслуживают клиентов без масок и допускают большое скопление посетителей, учитывая что помещение у них достаточно маленькое.
