Очереди часто там бывают да, но девчонки быстро работают. В основном сами клиенты и тянут время со своей глупостью. Пока в очереди стоите заполняйте бланки для получения посылки. Бабули туда помойму уже по привычке ходят и сами не знают чего хотят, как боты в игре или масовка в фильмах.

Лучше приходить по предварительной записи, иначе будете долго ждать свою очередь. Нельзя отправлять посылки в мешках, на вопрос: "почему?" ответа не последовало, навязывают покупать коробки в отделении, хотя сама получаю посылки в мешках и в других отделениях удавалось их отправлять. А тут "НЕЛЬЗЯ!"
