Пришли 2 бандерольки.О поступлении на почту узнаю от отправителя.Извещения не приносят.Результат моего визита:одну бандерольку выдали.Вторую не нашли.Сотрудница куда то переложила.Придет она после обеда ,мне перезвонят.Взяли номер телефона.Звонка нет.Жду хороших изменений в работе почты.Жду,жду.....

Как то давно писал жалобу, по поводу очередей. Стало лучше. Быстрее стали обслуживать людей и работают (почти всегда) все кассы. Спасибо! В последнее время не испытываю особых проблем с получением посылки.

Отвратительное почтовое отделение! Толпа народу постоянно, особенно вечером. Периодически не работает одно окно! Звонки на Федеральный номер результата не дают! По поводу посылок. Например, на сайте видно, что посылка уже на почте. Приходишь к ним, а они без уведомления отдать не могут! Даже по паспорту и номеру трека! "Ждите уведомление". Так вы его приносите через три дня в почтовый ящик! А бывает очень срочная посылка! Или сделайте отдельное окно для выдачи посылок! Потому что общая очередь с пенсиями/оплатами ЖКХ/заказными письмами - это ужас! Такая ситуация никогда не изменится! Самая отстойная почтовая система!

Почта полный отстой постоянно толпы людей .на звонки не отвечают .оповещение вовремя не разносят хотя по сайту посылка давно лежит там .
