Это компания, как подделка, не знаешь с какой стороны ожидать сюрприза. То посылка 1 класса у них идёт 15 дней естественно по стоимости 1 класса, то приходишь и целуешь дверь отделения с его новым графиком.

Самое ужасное отделение в г. Новосибирск. Просто интересно где набирают работников на должность операторов? Сложилось ощущение что из женских колоний. Ни культуры общения с посетителями, ни элементарных правил поведения. Короны снимите мадамы. Нельзя так себя вести ни на работе, ни в обществе. Мы вообще то за свои деньги хотим нормального обслуживания, и зп по большей части тоже у вас складывается с наших налогов. Очень бы не хотелось видеть в дальнейшем будущем оператора Блынцких Марию ( она же Иванова и не удивлюсь что какая нибудь Пупкина) ужасно разговаривает, кривляется как в цирке и вообще не соблюдает субординацию. Принимайте меры!!!

Отправляя посылку, заказала СМС уведомления и отправителю и получателю. Деньги взяли, а вот ни одного смс не пришло! Посмотрела сама, а посылка оказывается уже пришла в город получателя, и в почтовом отделении валяется уже два дня. Воровство это называется!
