Нет скамеек, стульев для посетителей! А в основном это пожилые люди. Негде сидеть, одна крошечная лавочка на всю почту! Душно! Всегда! Всегда медленное обслуживание. Нужно выделять два человека на оплату квартиры. Туда самая большая очередь. Зато окошко онлайн почта пустует и человек там расслабляется. В этом отделении много что не для людей.

пыталась оплатить покупку на почте безналом. программное обеспечение съело мои кровные 140 рублей и не вернуло их в течении 3х дней. сходила неделю назад, мне обещали разобраться и, видимо, забыли. как человек работающий мне не комфортно ходить и выбивать. Операционистки почтового отделения 117 приятны-вежливы-компетентны, но это не спасет сгнившую насквозь систему.
