Обслуживание совдеповское с хамством и грубостями. Стойка почта банка сиротливо пустует больше года. В отделение несколько месяцев находится целыми днями неадекватный, нестриженный и неопрятно одетый родственник кого то из персонала почты. Что делает психобольной инвалид на почте и кто это разрешает?

Очень хамское отношение к клиентам, некомпетентный персонал, грубят, не могут помочь с выбором коробки и ходят с недовольными лицами. Предъявляют клиентам за то, что те просят помочь с выбором. Не понимаю как этих людей вообще взяли на работу. Испортили настроение на оставшийся день, максимально токсичный персонал.

В помещении светло и чисто. В 8.30 было открыто 2 окна, и ни одного посетителя. Обслужили быстро. Сотрудницы были доброжелательны. Есть офис Почта Банка и стойка с непрофильными товарами: продукты и хоз.товары.

Очень хромает качество обслуживания в данном отделении. Хотела отправить посылку, на секундочку уже оплаченную. Отказались принять посылку, мол, из-за ошибки в оплате, хотя ошибки не было! Сказали придти на следующий день, пришла и ответ:"Начальница уже ушла". Это просто возмутительно!!! Если вы сидите на этом месте, будьте так любезны выполняйте свои обязанности! Не рекомендую данное отделение.
