Так случилось, что нам необходимо было продать квартиру в Липецке. После нескольких безрезультатных попыток сделать это с несколькими риэлторами, мы обратились в фирму «По Адресу» к Илье Нахичеванскому. И не пожалели об этом. Илья организовал всё грамотно, с учётом всех наших пожеланий. Это при том, что сделка была ограничена по времени - нам нужно было продать квартиру в кратчайшие сроки. Кроме этого, наше общение с Ильей происходило исключительно в телефонном режиме т.к. мы проживаем в другой стране. Но он всё объяснял детально и терпеливо. Подготовил все необходимые документы. Ему удалось решить все вопросы по сделке. В результате, мы приехали в Липецк на несколько дней, оформили все документы, продали квартиру и уехали. До сих пор не верится, что такое возможно. Огромное спасибо лично Илье и фирме «По Адресу»! Всем рекомендую Илью как профессионала своего дела.
