Кошмар!Вот прошел очередной месяц, а я все никак не могу до конца получить комплектующие к своему шкафу, бред какой-то.С Сентября жду, что смогу полноценно пользоваться этим злополучным шкафом.Никогда не свяжусь с этой конторой конторой сама и никому не посоветую. к ним же относится Столедов, АрЛайн!!!Уберегите свои деньги и нервы!

Никогда не связывайтесь с компаниями Плотто (PLOTTO), A.R-Line, Дом Мебели, Дом Купе ООО, это все дочерние компании под одним владельцем и все они обманывают. Заказывали шкаф в коридор. Договор заключали с одной фирмой, потом оказалось, что производит другая, жуткие задержки по доставке, после поставки мебель невозможно было собрать, отправили еще на 2 недели на переделку, это уже не входит в неустойку, т. к. по договору они прикрываются понятием "рекламация", после долгих недель ожидания шкаф поставили, но штанга в него была на 30 см короче, соответственно использовать шкаф по назначению нельзя, чтоб не ждать еще месяц этой штанги, мы ставили ее за свои деньги сами. После мы обнаружили, что доводчик внутри шкафа потек, масло выливалось на внутреннюю часть двери и испортили 2 куртки. Возмещать химчистку отказываются, т. к. видите ли эти доводчики они покупают у поставщиков, с ними и разбирайтесь сами. Никогда не заказывайте мебель ни в одной из этих фирм, вообще не соблюдают свои обязательства и потом ничего не делают и не решают проблемы, только скидывают на всех ответственность! Слишком хитровые...ы!
