Моя история взаимоотношения с Плодовым началась 2 октября с моего письма им, я написал им письмо, где указал необходимый вид кустарников, а также их размер. Затем они ответили на мое письмо (время ответа - 4 часа). Выслал фотографии с просьбой посмотреть, есть ли у них конкретно этот вид и попросил сфотографировать растения, которые они продают. Тоже по почте. Ответ мне не пришел. Я позвонил на телефон, указанный на сайте. У меня спросили: "А сколько штук вам надо?". Я сказал, что 50. "А... Всего лишь 50..." - услышал я в трубке. "Нет, у нас нет времени ходить и фотографировать для вас кустарники, и так работы много". Что ж, это хорошо, когда у людей работы много. Уточнил, а точно ли их кустарники соответствуют тому, что я запрашиваю. Мне сказали, конечно, что за дурацкие вопросы, у нас много таких. Я подумал, ок, ладно. Заплатил за кустарниками, в пятницу утром приехал к ним в офис подписать документы. Менеджер спросила номер машины, я назвал номер Газели, которая ехала со мной, а затем начал называть номер своей машины, на что менеджер мне сказала: "Пешком дойдешь". Подъехали к месту, где нужно было забирать кустарники, прямо напротив Астры был въезд со шлагбаумом. Охранник не стал меня пропускать, указав на кучу грязи около шлагбаума. Я припарковался там, поскольку больше негде было парковаться. Потом почапал по жуткой грязюке. Нашли агронома, она проводила нас до кустарников. Это были малыши 40-50 сантиметров. Совсем не то, на что я рассчитывал. Агроном сказал, что ей не давали задания по ростовке, позвонила менеджеру. Менеджер подтвердил, что я ничего такого не говорил. Затем я агроному показал письмо, она сказала, что такого вида с такой ростовкой у нас уже нет. Предложила вариант с березолистной спиреей. В целом, агроном себя проявил положительно. Пока грузили, наблюдал за их работником, который сидел в телефоне, а потом пинал камушек. "У нас работы и так много" - вспомнил я фразу менеджера, глядя на этого работника). Загрузили, уехали.
