Не знаю что за странные отзывы и кем они написанны...Одна пишет ничем не обоснованные факты , у другой все негативные отзывы по всем другим компаниям ставит 1 звезду всем... но обратившись в эту компанию очень доволен профессионализмом мастера который пришел и починил газовую колонку в отличие от приходивших сотрудников горгаза которые ничего не смогли сделать...

Обратилась в компанию Плитсервис по причине поломки газовой колонки. Оператор сообщим что в течении 10-15 мин мастер позвонит на мой номер и мы сможем договориться о всех деталях. Мастер позвонил спустя час, обговорили всё и решили вечером созвониться для подтверждения вызова. Вечером я отправила смс мастеру (он заверил меня что и смс и звонки для него будут актуальны). В тексте сообщения я написала об отмене вызова и принесла извинения.Через неколько минут он мне стал звонить, но ответить не могла находясь на работе. Утром он около 40 минут долбился в мою дверь, а когда открыли, он стал требовать деньги за вызов, даже не войдя в квартиру!! На что получил отказ!После этого мастер стал угрожать мне и моему ребенку!!Я пыталась вызвать полицию но он убежал. Не обращайтесь в эту организацию!!! P.S Мастер даже не представился

к сожалению это обман и вброс..Мастера каждый раз перед выездом созваниваются с клиентом и не выезжают если не дозвонились до клиента...чтоб лишний раз не ездить в "холостую", либо вдруг у клиента не получается и он забыл предупредить. Так как в нашей работе большую часть времени у мастеров уходит именно на дорогу, а не на ремонт.А если вы не указываете телефон мастера и его имя , хотя пишете что созванивались и смс писали,( а мастера у нас представляются сразу )то похоже на глупый развод
