При оплате снимают комиссию, хотя везде пишут, что платежи проводятся без комиссии. Да и само зачисление денег далеко не мгновенное. На ваши вопросы здесь тоже никто не ответит так как большинство сотрудников вообще не компетентные.

Лариса, мы не снимаем комиссию за оплату на сайте с физических лиц. Сайт, принимающий платеж, может добавить свою комиссию к сумме платежа. Так же комиссию может снять банк, выпустивший карту, согласно своим условиям, либо системы электронных кошельков, такие как Qiwi и Webmoney, о чём мы уведомляем на платежной странице.Зачисление оплаты банковской картой и некоторыми другими способами на счёт интернет-магазина (сайта) — мгновенное; на платежной странице способы оплаты можно отсортировать, выб рав только моментальные.Мы можем разобраться в Вашей ситуации подробнее, для этого просим Вас написать на почту info@intellectmoney.ru. Я владелец трех интернет-магазиновС платежной системой интеллект мани знаком не понаслышке. На всех сайтах у меня стоит форма для приема платежей около года. Проблем с зачислением, выводом средств, с тех. поддержкой никогда не возникало. За все время работы было пару сбоев в работе по приему платежей, ТП реагирует мгновенно и в течении суток все поправляют.Не могу не отметить низкую комиссию в сравнении с другими системами.Всегда на связи менеджер, который все объяснит и подскажет при возникн овении любых вопросов. В моем случае это Степашкина Анжелика.В общем меня все устраивает, поэтому другие организации по приему платежей не рассматриваю. Спасибо Вашей компании. – показать
