О клиентах не думают. Сделал заказ,оплатил, звоню спрашиваю - когда будет? ответ: У нас карантин - мы не работаем.. До оплаты звонил консультировался не слова не было про это...

Периодически, но не часто закупали у этой компании комплектацию несколько лет. Претензий не было, но что-то, видимо, изменилось в последнее время. Заказали комплектацию нормальных брендовых производителей компонентов. В итоге прислали клеммники в общих чертах напоминающие заказанные, но какого-то «левого» производителя, качество которых существенно хуже. Менять отказались, отделываясь отписками и в итоге перестали отвечать на обращения. Позже выявилась проблема и по другим компонентам – вдруг перестают работать через некоторое время. Несём репутационные потери. Подозрение, что компания закупает в Китае дешёвые компоненты низкого качества, а потом продает их как фирменные.

Спасибо за отзыв. Безусловно, каждая ситуация требует индивидуального разбора и решения. Мы являемся прямыми дистрибьюторами многих мировых производителей электронных компонентов. По соглашению с ними мы не имеем права закупать комплектующие в Китае. Что касается клеммников, то сегодня на рынке все клеммники имеют китайское происхождение (кроме нескольких моделей Wago, наверное). Сегодня на приемке товара работает входной контроль для ужесточения требований к поставляемой продукции.
