Не ценят время своих клиентов. Прислали сообщение что можно забирать заказ, а по факту товара не месте не оказалось. Но потом позвонили и решили эту проблему, оформили в кач. компенсации бесплатную доставочку .

Заказал трое весов. Позвонили сразу и сообщили что можно забирать. У метро удобно. Пришло оплатил и через 5 минут уже в метро.

Покупал налобный фонарь, очень порадовала цена, заказ делал через интернет. Когда пришел забирать - очень приятная и вежливая девушка-менеджер выдала заказ, а также предложила на выбор и другие модели налобных фонарей с аккумулятором. Но я взял тот что заказывал, потому что его испытание произвело очень хорошее впечатление. Ещё девушка выдала чек и сказала его не терять в течении 30-и дней. Оказалось не зря. На следующий день выяснилось что один из светодиодов на фонаре оказался слабым и начал моргать. Я без предупреждения взял коробку, сам фонарь и чек, и поехал "предъявлять". Когда пришел - все сразу пошли на встречу. По моей просьбе достали ещё один такой же фонарь и мы начали испытание. В итоге: тот что я принес заморгал через 5 минут, как нагрелся, а новый, даже спустя 10 минут, тоже прилично разогревшийся не моргал. я взял его, тем более что гарантия опять же снова заработала. Прошел уже месяц, фонарь у меня на работе светит как минимум по 4 часа несколько раз в день, и до сих пор ни разу не проявил никаких недостатков. Рекомендую.
