Аптека рядом с домом, близ станции метро, в наличии большой ассортимент товаров, работает как пункт выдачи заказов. Единственный минус-фармацевты не всегда квалифицированные и хамоватые.

долго ждал ответа вашей справочной 05.11.18 г в 22.00 ответил голос ДА!! А может быть я в баню попал. Спрашиваю АПТЕЧНАЯ СЕТЬ? отвечает не слышным голосом ДА 9просто догадываюсь, что это не нет) Задаю вопрос опятьь отвечает, я не слышу её, Впечатление, что я её разбудил или она ещё спит. Ну разве так можно и?! И когда я уже громко спросил не разбудил ли я её, она меня отключила. Ну это кошмар просто, как можно? Вы хоть иногда проверяете их работу. Эти сотрудники должны бояться вас , должны ждать контрольные звонки в любое время суток. Тогда будут бодренько отвечать нам. А так это ваше дело. Ваша сеть всё равно самая дорогая в Москве.. К вам мы не ходим – показать

Очень не уважительно общаются две женщины- фармацевты..Не подсказали.не помогли и обговаривались!Ушла от вас в плохом настроении.Уважаемые,пожалуйста внимательно выбирайте персонал…Эту аптеку больше не рекомендую,ставлю 0 из 10 бальной шкалы по обслуживанию.От сотрудника много что зависит.очень странно, первый раз сталкиваюсь с такой наглостью и хамством.Плохое впечатление от ваших этих 2х сотрудников.Спасибо.
