Раньше были хорошие фармацевты,но теперь,я в шоке... Пришло смс о поступлении заказа из ЕАптеки.Я пришла,но там был какой-то сбой программы или что-то не открывалось,не знаю,но меня возмутило не это,а хамское отношение одной из сотрудниц аптеки.Пренебрежительное"пусть ждет!"между собой,как будто меня здесь нет,я проглотила.Жду.Пришла другая женщина,тоже забрать заказ,с ней тоже общались не уважительно.Тут я уже не выдержала!Мой вопрос почему такое неуважительное общение с их стороны,по моему,был даже не услышан.Сотрудница начала орать,что программа не открывается,ее хамское"ждите!"прямо переносит в 90-ые годы.Я могу подождать,понимаю,что вины здесь ничьей нет,но зачем хамить и грубить,не понимаю.Стало очень неприятно!Я развернулась и ушла,не забрав,к сожалению,заказ.Больше в эту аптеку ни ногой!!! Дополнительно позвонила по номеру,надеюсь,руководство примет меры и объяснит об этикете поведения.Хотя,к сожалению,к тому возрасту,до которого дожила сотрудница аптеки,уже поздно что-либо объяснять.Раньше там было все прекрасно!Все зависит от людей.

Продавщица(не фармацевт,консультант),а именно продавщица - женщина средних лет с каждым вторым покупателем пререкается и спорит.Пыталась мнп очень навязчиво втюхать аналоги тех,лекарств,которые я назвала.Пришллсь доходчиво объяснить,а она все не унималась.Сложно происходит покупка заказа из аптеки.ру,без проблем с этой дамой не получается.Приходится специально становиться в другую очередь к другим кассирам.Очень большие очереди в этой аптеке
