Очень плохое обслуживание и высокие цены. Фармацевт плохо проконсультировал, в результате был куплен неверный препарат.

Здравствуйте! Сегодня покупала в этой аптеке лекарства. Фармацевт Акаева М. К. консультировала меня, и убедила меня в том, что мне нужно купить лекарства для иммунитета и дала мне имудон для лечения полости рта, а хотела купить метиленовую синьку просто, так как он эффективный и недорогой. Через две минуты после покупки я решила вернуть одно из этих лекарств, на что мне Акаева К. А. ответила, что не может их взять обратно. Почему так? Если двух минут даже не прошло. Хотела купить метиленовую синьку за 65 р., а купила лекарства на 1150 р., которые в итоге мне и не нужны. Метро Славянский бульвар.

Хамское отношение одного из сотрудников.Пришлось отказаться от покупки в данной аптеке, хотя аптеки этой сети меня всегда радовали своими ценами и в первую очередь обслуживанием.
