Агенство портится, пользовались их услугами 4 года, в этом задумались, стоит ли дальше у них заказывать туры, люди меняются, не понятно с кем договаривался, уже новый, и упало качество работы и клиенториентированность, раньше тебя сопровождали до возвращения, теперь такое ощущение, что не ты платил, а они тебе за тур.
