Заказали и оплатили керамзит с доставкой. Очень срочно нужен был материал, ввиду большого объема нам сказали, что не раньше, чем через сутки после оплаты доставят. Решили вопрос, оттянули свои сроки. В итоге за ночь до доставки нам сказали, что не привезут керамзит, к нужному времени, так как в это время большие пробки и водитель не захочет ехать. Оператор - она же менеджер в грубой форме сказала, что не повезет туда груз. Хочу заметить, что ранее мы предлагали самовывоз, но нам отказали, очевидно, что хотели заработать больше и думали привезти в удобное для себя время. Хотя заранее были предупреждены о том, что на объект можно приехать в определенные часы. По телефону оператор общается неприятно. Не советую иметь с ними дело.
