Закажи 10 пицц и получи (11 в подарок) кучу геморроя и негатива Во времена, когда есть огромное количество электронных вариантов подсчёта и мобильных приложений различного типа, руководство компании Пиццаман предлагает клиентам собирать чеки…. Круто? Ну ладно, ок…. собрал кучу макулатуры за несколько лет (реально собирал, складывал, не терял..) и как настоящий постоянный покупатель ЗВОНЮ, чтобы заказать С СОБОЙ (даже не в доставку) бонусную пиццу – ОБЛОМ (!) для заказа бонусной пиццы нужно САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО приехать в кафе только потом заказать (читай – «приезжаешь - заказываешь – ждёшь – забираешь») – Лояльность (!). Ладно…. Уговорили…. Макулатуру в виде чеков собрал (даже на 12 (!) штук, вдруг какие-то выцвели…. или не подойдёт почему-то), приехал в кафе, заказываю – но снова облом (!) Чеков, подтверждающих покупку тоже ни фига не достаточно (!) К чекам должны быть НАКЛАДНЫЕ (вот тут блин реально СПАСИБО что анализы не просите сделать, что я сам пиццу ел и выписку с банковской карты не нужно прикладывать, что я её оплачивал). То есть ФАКТ ПОКУПКИ пиццы в виде чека – тоже не катит (!). Занавес. Возникает реальное ощущение, что руководство Пиццаман предприняло ВСЁ, чтобы условия получения ПОСТОЯННЫМ (!) клиентом бонусного подарка были максимально недоступны. Пишу это всё здесь потому что на предложение поговорить с уважаемым руководством по телефону и каким-то образом решить возникшее недоразумение получил вежливый отказ…. Будьте внимательны при сборе макулатуры! «Л»-Лояльность и «К»-Клиентоориентированность  P.s. отзыв именно о «бонусной» программе. Пицца на самом деле неплохая тут и персонал достаточно вежливый.
