Здравствуйте. Абсолютно не понятно чем занимаются управляющие заведенения. Персонал отвратительный и не клиентоориентированный. Заказала стол, было оговорено к которому времени должны быть закуски на столе, по приходу ничего не было готово и на вопрос когда будут поданы блюда, в ответ услышала, что когда приготовят, тогда и принесут. Также было оговорено, что отодвинут столы для аниматора которого заказала ребенку на ДР, в итоге пришлось отодвигать столы самостоятельно. Также перепутали заказы. Торт несли долго, а когда принесли, то чистых тарелок так и не дали. Администратор хамит, и не обращает никакого внимания на гостей, а постоянно "залипает" в телефон. на протяжении всего нахождения, ни убирали пустую, грязную посуду, постоянно приходилось просить салфетки и т.д. Но в принципе и понятно какой руководитель видимо, такой и персонал, который абсолютно не знает и не понимает, что такое сервис. Не буду рекомендовать своим знакомым, да и сама не пойду.
