Постоянно ходила все устраивало до поры до времени, сегодня вообще ужасное обслуживание, Менеджер Оксана мне отвечает что ложек для кофе у них нет , есть какие то мешалки , и то пришлось выпрашивать на кассе, пиццу готовят , голыми руками , это все , я очень огорчена ..(могу прикрепить фото , настроение испорчено

Юлия, добрый день! Спасибо за ваш отзыв. В наших ресторанах для горячих напитков действительно используются специальные палочки для размешивания. Что касается процесса приготовления, мы следим, чтобы повара тщательно обрабатывали руки перед приготовлением пищи. Также в каждом ресторане установлены санитайзеры — они обеспечивают дополнительную дезинфекцию. В перчатках потеют руки, и даже при незначительном повреждении латекса бактерии оседают на пище. Многие компании в России уже отказались от перчаток — при этом СанПиН соблюдается. И ещё важен тактильный контакт повара с блюдом. Так он полностью контролирует процесс приготовления, чтобы ваша любимая пицца была максимально сочной и вкусной.

Место хорошее. Пицца вкусная, по цене приемлемо. Залы чистые. Но сегодня был обнаружен рыжий таракан...
