Сделали заказ через сайт. Предоплата картой. Позвонили через 30 минут после ожидаемого времени доставки (просрочка). Менеджер сказал, что мы не открыли дверь и не отвечали на звонки, хотя к нам никто не приезжал и не звонил по номеру телефона (даже услуга "Вам звонили" подключена). Обещали все же привезти пиццу и исполнить заказ в течение еще 30 минут. Однако нас снова проигнорировали. Был сделан очередной звонок на Вавилова, но менеджер пригрозил отказом в дальнейшем обслуживании в сети в целом и бросил трубку, не дав даже договорить. Что имеем: остались без продукции, за которую заплатили, все заботы по возврату средств возложили на нас, плохое настроение на вечер выходного дня обеспечили. Спасибо вашим конкурентам за отличное от PizzaHut обслуживание, спасли наш выходной.
