Это изумительно здание, 2002г рождения (хотя в это время было ещё в стадии беременности), в последствии долгое время находилось в качестве "сироты", прошло период "дома невидимки", и наконец то законные владельцы дождались свои жил. площади. Удивительно-стремительно строительство. Вообще то по проекту это здание 12 этажное должно было быть, а не 15.

Расположение прекрасное, близко станция, близко центр. Однокомнатные квартиры шикарные, все распроданы. Хотя это и долгострой. Но кого это не коснулось, жить вполне комфортно.
