Дочке и мне нравятся занятия,хотя заставляют прямо пахать и прямо до слез-даже 3хлеток..из минусов-расположение зала на огромной территории завода с неудобным входом,через систему пропусков; на такси пустят только если выйдет администратор и встретит тебя с пропуском лично,либо приобретёшь заранее разовый пропуск за 250₽ и заполнишь его прямо перел прибытием,когда знаешь точно дату заезда и Марку авто..нет пропуска-чеши пешком,с малышами ооооч неудобно!!! И ещё огромный минус-отсутствие перерасчета за пропуски по болезни,даже по справке.и отсутствие возможности оплаты занятия разово.

Добрый день, Яна! Благодарим Вас за то, что нашли время оставить отзыв о нашей работе! Мы рады, что Вам и вашей дочке нравятся занятия - для нас это очень важно! Спортивный комплекс действительно расположен на территории завода и это доставляет некоторые неудобства в плане прохода - с другой стороны это дополнительные меры безопасности в том числе и для вашего ребенка, т.к. появление "лишних" людей в связи с этим на площадке мало вероятно. Очень жаль, что вы не внимательно изучили договор с нашим Клубом - там специально выделен курсивом пункт, в котором рассказывается как получить перерасчет в случае пропусков занятий по причине болезни. Не понравилось... Пробный урок, вроде все самое лучшее должны показать, а по факту... Странные тренеры, администратор ругающийся с мамой,.... Больше не пошли
